Purchase Information
By purchasing a slot in a 528 Collectibles break you are acknowledging that you understand that you are NOT buying an entire box or case of cards. There is no guarantee that you will receive any cards. You are also acknowledging that you are purchasing a slot in a group break. You will receive all of the cards from the random team you are assigned.
Shipping & Delivery Policy
We take pride in the speed and quality of our packaging and shipping. You will be e-mailed with your shipment tracking number after your order ships. Orders will ship 4-5 business days after the completion of the break. Anything of value, including serial numbered cards, autographs, etc. will be sleeved and shipped in a top loader.
Return & Refund Policy
When you purchase a slot in a group break, there will be no refunds once the livestream of the break has started. Once the livestream has started all sales are final and there are no refunds, even if you are unhappy with the outcome of the break.
Multiplayer, College or Retired Player Cards
Placement of Card:
The card will be awarded to the team that is listed on the front or back of the card, not the jersey they are wearing. If there is no team name on the card, then the card would be awarded to the team of the jersey that is being worn by the player.
Multi-Player Cards:
Unless someone was assigned more than 50% of the teams on the card, the team on the top, left, or top left will automatically get the card. If the card is of significant value, the breaker may randomize who receives the card at their discretion.
Retired or College Players:
Many products have retired players, or college players on them. A card with a college player on it will go to the team the player is currently playing on. If they went undrafted and never played for any team, then the breaker will randomize at their discretion.
If they’re retired it will go to the team that they played the most games for. If a player played for a team that no longer exists, it will go to the team that they became. (For example, a Gary Payton Seattle Supersonics Card will go to whomever was assigned the Oklahoma City Thunder)
Free Agent Players:
If the player is not currently on a roster, then the card will go to the team indicated on the card. If there is no such indication, then the card will go to the last team the player played for. If that is not applicable, then the breaker will randomize the card at their discretion.
Your Acceptance of These Terms
By participating in a 528 Collectibles break, you signify your assent to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to our terms and conditions, then please do not participate in one of our breaks. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of this policy at any time. Please check our future breaks for changes. Your continued use of our breaks following the posting of changes to these terms will mean that you accept those changes.
